Unless damaged or defective, all returned items must be in like new condition and include the original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories.
For most office supplies, janitorial and cleaning supplies, and paper goods, items may be exchanged or returned for full credit within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns will be accepted at our discretion and a restocking fee may apply. Credits will be issued within 2 weeks of our receipt of the product. Please note: Claims for delivery shortages must be reported within 10 days of your invoice date.
Other items may be returned in accordance with the following guidelines:
Ink and Toner: Ink, Toner, and other imaging products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. All cartridges must be unopened and unexpired in order to be returned.
Technology and Business Machines: Business machines and technology items, including fax machines, printers, shredders, laminators, and computer accessories, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund.
Food and Medicines: Food items and medicines are not returnable. Look for the No Returns symbol on our website for items not eligible for return.
Furniture: Stock, flat pack furniture may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Furniture must be in like new condition, unassembled, and in its original packaging, including all hardware, accessories, and manuals. Chairs delivered assembled may be returned in clean, like new condition within 14 days of purchase. A deposit of 50% is required on all furniture orders. A restocking and/or cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on all furniture orders. Custom furniture may not be returned.
Please note that all furniture orders are subject to freight and installation charges when applicable.
Special Orders and Custom Items: Special order and custom items may not be returned unless they are received damaged or defective.
A note for our drop ship customers:
If you are outside of our normal delivery area and receive your orders via UPS or courier, the following guidelines apply:
- For items received damaged or defective: Call or email our office to report the damage and we will issue a call tag free of charge. Your item will be picked up by UPS or the courier and we will send a replacement item directly to you or, if you prefer, return the full purchase price. </li>
- For items not damaged or defective: To return undamaged items, call or email our office and we will issue a call tag. Your item will be picked up by UPS. We will issue a credit for the purchase price minus a 15% call tag fee.
